My wife and I recently relocated from Colorado to Washington State for work. We didn’t know the area having never visited this part of the country before. Feeling apprehensive about where we would like to settle down, we put out some feelers early in the process and were lucky enough to get a bite from Josh Prior to our move, Josh first met with us via a Zoom call, and we spent a good while discussing our desired locations and must haves. He then took all those notes and compiled an accurate list of properties that best matched our criteria. Even though there was no pressure from Josh to put in an offer and he’d made it clear that this first time out would just be to get a better idea of what we could get for our money in the different cities around Seattle, we really liked the condo and decided to put in an offer. Josh immediately got to work on pulling comps and speaking with the listing agent. He gave us timely updates and made sure we were never out of the loop throughout the process. He checked in regularly asking if we had any concerns along the way. We ended up getting a great deal on the place and even got quite a bit of seller concessions which I’m told in this market is not all that common. Josh was a consummate professional throughout the entire process, and it was an absolute joy to work with the guy!
